CONSUMER AWAKENING MISSION
CONSUMER AWAKENING MISSION IS AIMED AT TO TAKE UP
THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR 2014
1. To
start a foundation course on consumer Courts for a duration of one month (With certificate).
2. To
start a series of information of consumer law as per Consumer Protection Act
through video recordings and also using U-Tube mode.
3. Providing
free legal advice to the consumers related to consumer matters.
4. Providing
legal advice with documents on other civil matters through personal meeting at
registered office of the trust.
5. Provide
drafting for filing cases/complaints before the consumer courts as well as
civil courts.
6. Counseling
in matrimonial matters.
7. Mediation
in matrimonial / property /commercial matters.
8. Arbitration
